Our policy lasts 21 days. We accept all returns for regularly priced items within this time. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with original accessories. If a return or exchange is not a result of our error, customers will be required to cover shipping cost both ways. We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for products purchased on sale or clearance.
To complete your return, we require a verifiable order number, receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as when item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery.
Please email us directly at email@example.com with your original order number to file for returns/exchanges/warranty.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of business days, depending on your individual credit card company/bank/payment method.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com for instructions.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will find out about your return.
We are not responsible for any delayed, lost, stolen, wrongly delivered, or otherwise missing packages/orders, nor any additional fees or taxes that may incur along the shipping route. All orders are considered fulfilled and completed upon departure from our or our associated shipping/fulfillment facilities, or acceptance by the carrier service you have chosen at the time of checkout.
All carrier shipping/delivery time windows given are estimates only; we do not guarantee delivery times for any shipping option.
No refunds or replacements will be provided for packages/orders delayed, lost, stolen, wrongly delivered, or missing during transit/delivery.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of all shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $10, we highly recommend you use a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
For warranty claims, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, product warranty number and/or original order number, along with a detailed description of the performance issue you're experiencing. Supplemental pictures and/or videos that help explain the issue are always welcome.
Limited edition or limited production product models that require warranty replacement may be replaced by the product's default version if same version is unavailable.

Warranties are only honored for authentic Alpha-Bot Industries products purchased directly from https://alphabotindustries.com or one of our authorized affiliates/partners. If you're not sure about a seller or product's authenticity, please contact us directly at email@example.com to confirm before purchase. All warranty claims require full name of the original owner, a valid verifiable order number and/or warranty serial number (if applicable) without exception. Warranty eligibility is determined solely at our discretion.
